The Mission of Liberty Baptist Church is to:

  • Exalt Christ thru passionate worship and obedience to His Word;
  • Edify the believer through personal growth and fellowship as a church;
  • Equip and make disciples through the intentional application of God’s Word;
  • Engage people with the Gospel until the return of Jesus Christ.

 

In 1961, in the remains of a horse stable, United Baptist Church was launched in the heart of the Silicon Valley.  At the Bicentennial the name was changed to Liberty Baptist Church.  For over six decades a lot has changed around 2790 S King Rd, but the mission and heartbeat of the church has remained.  That is to reach the lost with the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and to make disciples trained up in the Word of God to go out and do the same.  

The church is not the building, but the building is defined by what is going on within the walls.  Come and join a service to see the work that God is still doing at Liberty Baptist Church!
